The Studio

Siren West is a calm, minimal space dedicated to embodied practice. Classes are small. Sessions are unhurried. Attention is personal.

This is not a commercial chain and not a drop-in environment. It is a place you enter deliberately.

The work here is rooted in respect for the body’s structure, rhythms, and capacity for change—whether through movement, touch, or stillness.

Stanza portrait

Stanza

Stanza is a classically trained ballet dancer and educator whose work is grounded in precision, patience, and deep respect for the body.

Her teaching emphasizes:

  • Clear alignment and intelligent technique
  • Strength developed through control rather than strain
  • A calm, focused learning environment
  • Movement that feels both elegant and attainable

Stanza brings a refined, steady presence to the studio—guiding students toward strength, clarity, and confidence without urgency or comparison. Her classes invite dancers and movers to reconnect with discipline as something supportive rather than punishing, and to experience ballet as a practice of awareness, not judgment.

Many of her students report meaningful improvements in their technique—often in areas that had remained stubborn or unclear despite years of training with other instructors.

Bradford portrait

Bradford

Bradford is a bodyworker, somatic practitioner, and performer with a background that spans movement, strength training, and embodied performance.

His work is shaped by years of hands-on practice, close attention to structure and sensation, and a belief that meaningful change happens when the body is met with time, skill, and respect.

Bradford’s approach is:

  • Full-body rather than symptom-focused
  • Attentive to nervous system regulation
  • Grounded in clear communication and consent
  • Calm, professional, and deeply present

Clients often remark on the sense of safety, clarity, and ease they feel in sessions—along with changes that last beyond the table or mat.

Bradford works primarily with women and is committed to creating a space that feels clearly held, respectful, and non-performative.

Our Shared Approach

  • The body is intelligent
  • Change does not need to be forced
  • Safety creates depth
  • Slowing down allows more to happen

Whether you are here to move, to receive bodywork, or simply to reconnect with yourself, you are met where you are.

An Invitation

Siren West is intentionally small. Availability is limited. The work is deliberate. If you are seeking a space that values presence, craft, and embodied confidence, you are warmly welcome here.
