Sessions take place on the mat and work through the entire body—hips, spine, shoulders, and limbs—using assisted stretching, joint mobilization, sustained pressure, and rhythmic compression.

Verbal guidance is minimal and always optional. You are never expected to talk, explain, or perform. The session meets you where you are.
